All of our building inspections are personally conducted by Ian and comply with the Australian Standard AS 4349.1 Property Inspections - Part 1 Residential buildings.

Ian has over 30 years experience in the building industry on the Sunshine Coast and has been conducting building inspections since 1997. He is a licensed builder by trade (lic no. 21372), a member of the Queensland Master Builders and a member of the Institute of Building Consultants.

Our office is run by Kathy who has extensive experience in customer service industry. She will happily supply quotes, assist with your enquiries and organise all the booking arrangements.
